Business Development Manager

Overview

We are looking for dynamic go-getters who are high on energy, capable of leading and driving revenues, have a pleasing personality, and possess excellent communication skills. Prior experience in sales and business development in a relevant role is an advantage.

Responsible For
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective leads and clients.
  • Develop and support sales opportunities that lead to pitches, engagement, relationship building, and pipeline growth for incremental revenues.
  • Build and nurture account relationships, ensuring efficient deal closures.
  • Target potential revenue opportunities (cold calling) and build a pipeline to achieve set quotas.
  • Handle client inquiries and propose the best solutions matching their requirements.
  • Assist in developing sales strategies, templates, processes, and automation.
  • Drive sales, focusing on generating new business while retaining and growing existing customer relationships.
  • Actively build, manage, and report on sales pipeline using web-based CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for digital marketing activities and lead generation strategies.
  • Acquire new customers and manage existing client accounts.
  • Develop and coordinate marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Ensure target revenue achievement through strong sales strategies.
  • Possess strong negotiation and presentation skills.
