Business Development Manager
Overview

Responsible For
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective leads and clients.
- Develop and support sales opportunities that lead to pitches, engagement, relationship building, and pipeline growth for incremental revenues.
- Build and nurture account relationships, ensuring efficient deal closures.
- Target potential revenue opportunities (cold calling) and build a pipeline to achieve set quotas.
- Handle client inquiries and propose the best solutions matching their requirements.
- Assist in developing sales strategies, templates, processes, and automation.
- Drive sales, focusing on generating new business while retaining and growing existing customer relationships.
- Actively build, manage, and report on sales pipeline using web-based CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for digital marketing activities and lead generation strategies.
- Acquire new customers and manage existing client accounts.
- Develop and coordinate marketing plans and campaigns.
- Ensure target revenue achievement through strong sales strategies.
- Possess strong negotiation and presentation skills.
